Cool off this summer with a refreshing (and non-alcoholic) Agua Fresca, made easy by mixing your favorite fruit with sugar, fresh mint and lime.
Spring has definitely sprung in Arizona (it seems to be heading full steam ahead to summer)! I’m ready for some easy dinner options, delicious and refreshing drinks, and pool time. Cinco de Mayo is less than a month away too, so I’m bringing you a fabulous drink to go with a Mexican inspired dinner.
This Aguas Fresca recipe is super refreshing – like an unfiltered fruit juice, paired with plenty of ice, and extra flavor with lime and mint.
I like to keep a pitcher of this recipe in the fridge in summer. THIS means I always have a refreshing drink (that isn’t soda) that I can sip on to cool off. Vodka is optional 😉

These drinks are great on a hot summer day, so refreshing and tasty, l love the two combination of flavours. A fantastic idea, and so much healthier than a store-bought drink that is full of nasty ingredients
