Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse is a creamy, decadent, rich dessert. It absolutely hits the spot after dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Mix gelatin in cold water. Then add boiling water, mix till dissolved.

Combine the sugar and cocoa. Add heavy cream - beat at medium speed.

Add in Bailey’s, vanilla, and gelatin mixture, beating continuously at high speed.

Pour into serving dishes and chill to ready to serve. Before serving, add whipped cream on top!
