Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Easy Scalloped Potatoes are a great side dish recipe for your Christmas dinner!

INGREDIENTS

– potatoes  – medium onion – all purpose flour – salt & pepper – milk – butter  – cheddar cheese *all ingredients below

Peel the potatoes, then do a medium slice on your potatoes. Slice the onions thinly.

Layer the potatoes, onions, flour, salt & pepper & butter, about 3 times.

Heat the milk till it’s hot, but not boiling. Pour the milk over the top of the dish.

Cover with foil, & bake until potatoes are tender (about 50 mins).

Uncover, add cheese & bake until top browns. Remove from the oven & let it stand.

Devour (and hide the leftovers for yourself!)
