Cauliflower au Gratin Recipe

Easy cheesy cauliflower au gratin is a simple, yet elegant side dish ready in under 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS

Heat butter in saucepan, cook garlic as directed. 

Whisk in the flour. Then add milk to avoid lumps.

Add the cheese. Whisk in seasonings until the cheese is melted. 

Add the creamy sauce to the cauliflower florets.  Add to baking dish.

Top with breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Bake as directed!
