Mix together the Cornstarch, Seasoned Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika.
In a large skillet, brown the meat over medium-high heat until no pink remains, and drain any excess fat.

Add the pasta, liquids and seasonings. Stir until well combined.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium heat. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add the shredded cheese and processed cheese and mix thoroughly.
