Whipped Feta Dip

A deliciously creamy, yet low fat Whipped Feta Dip – this will be a hit! Make ahead, and serve with veggie dippers or chips!

INGREDIENTS

Soften the cream cheese, crumble the feta and mince the garlic. Open the jar of red peppers. Place in food processor.

MAKE THE DIP

Process until smooth. Pour/spoon mixture into a large bowl, and fold in the fresh dill.

REFRIGERATE

Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.

Serve with veggie dippers, or pita chips!

Use sun-dried tomatoes and basil for change! A little lemon juice squeezed in just before serving will brighten the flavors!

You can make this up to 5 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
