Easy Baked Coconut Shrimp Recipe

These oven baked coconut shrimp are the perfect appetizer or light dinner. Crispy, crunchy, served with a dipping sauce, this one is a winner!

INGREDIENTS

Set up 3 bowls:  Bowl 1 - flour & salt Bowl 2 - panko & coconut Bowl 3 - eggs & milk

Coat the raw shrimp in flour, dip into egg then the coconut panko mixture.

Repeat until all the shrimp are coated. The drizzle with melted butter. 

Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.
