A sliced grilled ribeye, grilled tomatoes, peppery arugula & a blue cheese thyme butter between crusty grilled bread – this Steak Sandwich is the stuff of dreams!

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Blue cheese – Garlic – Fresh thyme  – Ribeye steaks – Tomatoes – Arugula *ingredient details below

Heat a grill over medium-high heat & cook your ribeyes to desired doneness. Steaks typically take me under 15 mins to cook.

When you flip the steak, add the bread & tomatoes to the grill & cook until the tomatoes are softened. 

Spread the Garlic & Thyme Butter on the grilled bread.

Slice the steak. Top the grilled bread with steak, tomatoes, arugula top with another sliced of bread. Serve immediately!
