Season the pork chops on both sides, slice the onions thinly & mince the garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Cook the pork chops about 3-4 mins each side. Remove pork chops, & keep warm by tenting with foil.
Add pork chops back into the skillet and turn in the sauce, covering completely. Rest for 2 to 3 mins before serving. Serve with the onions, spooning some extra sauce over the top!
Add a little garlic powder or onion powder to the seasoning to add another level of flavor.
