Delicious not-too-sweet Blueberry Chia Jam that is easy to make & ready to eat in just 30 mins! Just 4 ingredients!

Combine the blueberries, honey & lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until the berries begin to “pop”.
Stir the chia seeds in & bring the mixture to a boil.

Turn the heat to low & simmer for 2 mins. Remove from heat and cool to room temp.
