Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

These Healthy Cranberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies can be made in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

combine ingredients

Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix together until well combined.

FLATTEN THE COOKIES

Using a small cookie scoop, drop dough onto the the cookie sheet, and then flatten into round shapes (you can use fingers or a glass pressed down onto the cookie)

BAKE THE COOKIES

Bake approximate 20 – 25 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven & let rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes & then move to cooling rack.
