Gingerbread Latte

Make this creamy, sweet, and spicy Homemade Gingerbread Latte at home. It’s just what you need for chilly mornings, or frosty afternoons!

INGREDIENTS

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

make syrup

Let simmer gently for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Strain the mix through cheesecloth.

POUR 

Add 1-4 Tbs Gingerbread Syrup, and stir. Pour freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee into your favorite mug or cup.

SERVE

Top with steamed or warmed milk. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

No espresso? Try instant espresso powder or very strong brewed coffee.

You can froth milk using a milk frother, a steamer, or use an electric beater.
