Loaded Greek Fries

Peel the potatoes and cut into fries. Soak the fries in a large bowl of cold water for 30 mins.

RINSE THE FRIES

Rinse the fries and place on paper towels and pat as dry as possible. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

COAT THE FRIES WITH VEGETABLE OIL

Place the fries in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan, and drizzle with vegetable oil, mixing to ensure each fry is coated.

BAKE

Season with seasoned salt, oregano and pepper. Bake 45 mins to 1 hr, turning the fries halfway through.

add TOPPINGS

Place cooked fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the tomatoes, feta, olives, and onion over all the fries. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve with tzatziki.
