Whisk together the buttermilk & buffalo sauce. Season the chicken and add to the bowl, covering each piece with the mixture. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hrs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set a metal rack on top & spray with olive oil spray, or cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs & water together.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powders. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dip into flour mixture.
Repeat so you are double coating each piece of chicken. Set on the sheet pan in a single layer. Allow to sit at room temperature for 20 mins.
Cook chicken in batches . Add chicken strips to pan & cook for 5-6 minutes.
Mix melted butter, hot sauce & brown sugar together. Add the cooked chicken tenders into the sauce mixture & coat Serve with blue cheese dip or dressing or ranch dressing!
