Apple Crisp Cheesecake
Apple crisp cheesecake is a mouthwatering Fall dessert that is so easy to make!
Mix flour, brown sugar, oats and salt till a crumbly mixture forms.
Spread onto a baking pan and bake until golden brown.
Cook the butter and apples as directed - then stir in brown sugar.
Crush graham crackers. Press into the bottom of a prepared springform pan.
Make the cheesecake batter as directed below.
Add filling over the crust, and spoon over the apples. Sprinkle over the topping. Cover & chill!
Serve it chilled with a drizzle of caramel sauce
