Scotcheroos Recipe (No Bake Dessert)

A delicious no-bake classic, these Scotcheroos have a crispy chewy bottom layer with a creamy smooth top layer of peanut butter, chocolate and butterscotch chips!

INGREDIENTS

Cook the honey and brown sugar on low heat. Add peanut butter, vanilla and salt. 

Add the mixture to cereal. Mix well until combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. 

Melt together the chocolate, peanut butter and butterscotch. Stir until melted and smooth.

Pour over the base and spread evenly. 

Place the bars in the refrigerator for 20-30 mins to allow the chocolate to harden before cutting.
