Simple ingredients and simple instructions make this Kale Salad Recipe an absolute keeper!
– Curly kale – Sea salt – Red onion – Dried cranberries – Purple cabbage – Avocado – Medium pear – Pecans – Feta cheese * all ingredients below
Remove stem from kale & chop into bite sized pieces & place in a large salad bowl.

Add in salt & massage the kale with your hands until it starts to turn a darker green. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Whisk together dressing ingredients & pour over salad ingredients. Toss to combine.

Enjoy right away or let it marinade in the salad dressing for 20-30 mins before serving for best flavor. Enjoy!

I prefer a firmer pear in this salad so that it has a nice crunch and holds its shape while it’s being tossed with the other ingredients!
