Coffee and chocolate blend perfectly in this easy mousse recipe that is perfect for making ahead!
In a small saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, espresso powder, sugar, and cream.

Add the melted chocolate to the coffee mixture and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until completely chilled.

Beat the remaining cream and sugar until stiff peaks for.

Whisk the chilled chocolate mixture a little until smooth and mix-able, then gently fold the whipped cream in.

Divide mousse into serving cups, or bowls, and chill until needed (at least an hour). Decorate and serve!
