Crispy, with a perfect crust, and juicy meat. This Oven Fried Chicken is my go-to. Perfect for family dinners, or bringing to a pot luck!

Combine yogurt, mustard, garlic, pepper in a bowl, add mixture to a Ziploc bag. Add chicken pieces & turn to coat. Zip the bag closed & refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

Blend the flour, paprika, thyme, baking powder salt & pepper in a Ziploc bag. Take the chicken out of the marinade bag, shake off excess marinade & add a piece to the flour bag.

Lightly spray chicken with olive oil & bake until golden brown. It will take around 45-60 mins for thighs, around 30-35 for drumsticks.
