Small Batch Strawberry Jam (no pectin)

This easy, small batch  Strawberry Jam takes less than 20 minutes to make!

Wash & slice the strawberries. Add them to a saucepan & mix the sugar in well.

Stir frequently over medium heat & bring the mixture to a full rolling boil.

Once boiling, add the lemon juice & zest (if using) & (optional) crust strawberries with a potato masher.

Boil, stirring regularly for about 15 mins.

Cover & refrigerate. Use within about 2 weeks (if it lasts that long).
