Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Easy preparation & simple ingredients makes this Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu a fabulous mid-week dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Using a meat mallet, place the chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound the chicken breasts Season up the chicken!

Place slices of ham on each chicken breast, then a cheese slice. Top with another slice of ham.

Set you melted butter in a bowl & add the bread crumbs to another bowl. Roll up the chicken & dip into the melted butter.

Dip the chicken rolls in the panko bread crumbs.

Place each one on the prepared baking sheet. Tuck in the ends & secure each chicken bundle with toothpicks.

Bake for 35-40 mins.  You can briefly broil the top until golden brown.

This can be made in an air fryer - bake for 20-25 mins! Details below.

Let stand for 5 mins. Either place one chicken cordon bleu on each plate, or cut into slices.
