  • 1 package VeeTee Long Grain Rice
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves.
  1. ¼ cup fresh basil leaves.
  2. Heat the rice as directed on the package.
  3. Add the heated rice, and the basil pesto to a large bowl and stir to combine (add more if necessary).
  4. Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional)

  6. Devour.
