Ingredients
SALAD

cups
raw broccoli florets
cut into small and even pieces
½
cup
diced red onions
½
cup
dried cranberries
½
cup
sunflower seeds
½
cup
bacon bits
DRESSING

cup
mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

Tbs
granulated white sugar

salt

pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients and toss until evenly mixed.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients Pour dressing over salad ingredients.
Toss lightly until the broccoli is evenly coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra onions, sunflower seeds, cranberries and bacon bits if desired.
