Ingredients

Cake

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup berries you pick! frozen OR fresh is just fine

Topping

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Grease a 9 inch cake pan, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, vanilla and yogurt.
  • Add wet to dry, and mix until JUST combined.
  • Fold in the berries.
  • Pour batter into the cake pan.

Topping

  • Combine topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a fork or your fingers until it becomes like breadcrumbs.
  • Sprinkle over the cake.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
