Ingredients
For the chicken

chicken tenders

olive oil

honey

soy sauce

ground ginger

curry powder

garlic

For the Peanut dipping sauce

cup
creamy peanut butter

chicken stock

Instructions
For the chicken
Thread chicken on skewers (soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes first)
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a shallow pan.
Coat skewered meat with marinade, and allow to marinate 30 minutes
Grill or Broil chicken skewers until done
Serve with Peanut dipping sauce
For the Peanut dipping sauce
Place peanut butter in heavy medium saucepan.
Slowly add chicken broth, then all other ingredients
Stir over medium heat until smooth and thick, about 6 minutes
