- 4 chicken breasts
- 3-4 Tbs honey
- 3 Tbs fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Add all ingredients to a zip lock back and ensure the chicken is covered with the marinade.
Leave for at least 30 minutes (or overnight)
Heat a skillet to medium high, and add the chicken WITH the marinade to it.
Cook until chicken reaches 165F, and the marinade reduces to a thick glaze.
