Homemade Pancake Mix

Homemade Pancakes - make a delicious, fluffy, vanilla-y batch of pancakes that taste WAY better than boxed. YOU can be the breakfast super-hero!

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs sugar

Wet

Instructions

To make the dry mix:

  • Combine the dry ingredients in ziploc bags (can double, triple, quadruple as needed!)

To make pancakes:

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl (if you made the mix ahead, just use one bag of the dry mix)
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  • Add wet to dry, and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, and grease lightly with butter.
  • Pour ΒΌ cup batter into circles.
  • Flip once bubbles appear and sides are lightly golden.
