Ingredients

cups
trail mix
1 3/4
cups
all purpose flour
2/3
cup
granulated white sugar
2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
baking soda
2
large bananas
mashed (2 medium – you need a cup of mashed bananas)
1/3
cup
butter
melted
2
eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a 12 hole muffin pan with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
In another bowl whisk together bananas, butter and eggs.
Add wet mixture to the dry mixture, and blend until JUST combined.
Fold in the Power Up Nature’s Mix, being careful not to overmix.
Scoop into muffin cups.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly.
Cool slightly, remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Devour.
