Hawaiian Sliders (Ham, Cheese and Pineapple)
These easy hot Hawaiian Sliders are PERFECT for gatherings! Make a double batch to feed a crowd!

Ingredients
12
slider buns
8
slices
swiss cheese
9
oz
deli ham
sliced
6
slices
canned pineapple
sliced
TOPPING:
½
stick butter
1
Tbs
poppy seeds
1
Tbs
whole grain mustard
2
tsp
garlic
minced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Layer the bottom halves of the slider buns in the dish.
Layer the ham, pineapple and cheese over the buns.
Top with the top halves of the slider buns.
Melt the butter, and whisk in the poppy seeds, mustard, garlic, salt & pepper.
Brush topping over tops of sliders. If you have any leftover, pour it evenly over the buns.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is melt-y, and the tops are browned.
Devour.
Notes
Run a knife through the roll edges to make them easier to pull apart.
If you are making more than 1 dozen, just grab a big rimmed baking sheet and double up!
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce mixed in the topping adds a lovely savory/salty flavor
Adding
caramelized onions
into the sliders is a great way to bring more flavor. Do it!!
EASY SUBSTITUTIONS
Dijon mustard is a great substitute for the whole grain mustard
Use garlic powder in place of fresh garlic if that's what you have!
Switch the swiss cheese for provolone.
