Ingredients
1/3
cup
boiling water
1
Tbs
granulated white sugar
can sub honey or agave
2
Tbs
instant coffee powder
or 2 shots of espresso coffee
1
Tbs
unsweetened cocoa powder
2
cups
almond milk
sub coconut, dairy, soy etc
2
bananas
peeled
1
cup
ice
Instructions
In a large cup, combine the water, sugar, coffee powder and cocoa and mix until all is dissolved. (If using espresso, skip the water and just stir in the sugar and cocoa).
Add the coffee mixture, the almond milk, bananas and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Devour.
