These easy Spritz Cookies are a great way to spend some time in the kitchen baking with your kids this holiday season!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the flour and baking powder in a large bowl and set aside.
In an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugar until pale, light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Beat until combined and a soft dough forms.
Fill the cookie press with dough and attach a disk. Press the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Decorate with chocolate or frosting if desired. Devour.
