Whole Wheat Rolls (made in a skillet)

Quick & easy to make, these deliciously soft & fluffy Whole Wheat Rolls make the perfect amount for your family!  A hearty side to any meal.

INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients into your stand mixer, fitted with a dough hook.

Mix until it forms a rough dough, then knead for 10 mins, until dough is soft & pliable.

Transfer dough to a greased bowl & cover with plastic wrap.

Let rolls rise, covered with a clean kitchen towel until doubled in size.

Punch down & turn out onto a lightly floured counter.

Divide dough into 8 balls, & place on a baking sheet, or a greased skillet,

Bake for around 20 mins or until they are a light golden brown.

Remove from oven & allow to cool. Devour.
