Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

white sugar
1/3
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2
cup
all-purpose flour
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
Wet Ingredients
2
large eggs
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Make the Mix
Mix all the dry ingredients together with a whisk and dump them into a zipper bag.
1 cup white sugar,
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder,
1/2 cup all-purpose flour,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
On the bag, add the following instructions: Add
2 large eggs
,
1/2 cup vegetable oil
, and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Baking Day
Preheat oven to 350°F
Add dry ingredients, plus the eggs, oil and vanilla to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

Top Tips for Homemade Brownies:
Don't overmix your batter!
Use a good quality cocoa powder. I like
this one
Variations:
Add chocolate chips
Press a rolo candy into the center of each brownie before baking.
Line your baking dish with cookie dough and top with brownie batter, then bake.
