Ingredients
½
cup
Eggnog
4 oz
2
shots espresso
2 oz (or very strong coffee)
Optional
whipped cream
cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle
Instructions
Using a milk frother:
Heat
½ cup Eggnog
in the microwave or a small saucepan. Pour into cup and froth with milk frother until foamy and thick.
Prepare
2 shots espresso
or very strong coffee, add the espresso to the cup slowly.
Add
whipped cream
and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
Using a milk steamer:
Steam
½ cup Eggnog
to 140°F.

Notes
NOTES:
No espresso? Try instant espresso powder or very strong brewed coffee.
