Slutty Brownies Recipe (from scratch)
Make this decadent dessert from scratch! With cookie dough on the base, oreos in the middle and brownie batter poured over the top, these Slutty Brownies are the ultimate dessert!

Ingredients
Cookie layer (if not using packaged)
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
Brownie layer
- 1 box brownie mix prepared as directed (but not baked)
Oreo layer
- 24 Oreo cookies
Instructions
Get prepped
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease a 9×13 pan with melted butter or cooking spray.
Make the cookie layer
- In a bowl, mix together 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer, cream the 1 cup butter, 3/4 cup white sugar, and 3/4 cup dark brown sugar until fluffy. Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add 2 large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Reduce speed and gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips.
Make the brownie layer
- Prepare 1 box brownie mix following the instructions on the box, but do not bake it yet.
Assemble the brownies
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the greased pan.
- Place the 24 Oreo cookies in a single layer over the cookie dough, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Pour the brownie batter over the top and smooth it out evenly.
Bake
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
