Pork chops. Boneless pork chops that are about an inch thick cook fastest. Thicker chops, and bone-in chops will take longer to cook, and extra few minutes.
Topping. Add some grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumb topping for an extra kick of cheesy flavor.
Skillet. If you don't have an oven proof skillet, no problem. Just pan fry in a regular skillet, then transfer the chops to a baking dish or baking sheet before putting in the oven.
What temperature to cook Pork?
Pork chops should be cooked to 145 degrees F when tested with a digital thermometer in the thickest part.
