Cook 12.5 ounces fully cooked frozen chicken strips at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
For the pasta
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium high. Cook the 4 cloves garlic for a minute or two, then add the 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups chicken stock, 1 cup milk, 8 ounces uncooked pasta and some salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to a medium heat and let it simmer until pasta is tender (al dente) - usually about 10-15 mins, then add salt and black pepper.
Stir in the 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and top with sliced (or whole) chicken strips.
Devour.
Notes
Any kind of pasta will do!Add some zucchini, cauliflower or carrots if you want to boost the vegetable contentYou could use a jarred alfredo sauce if you prefer.
