Add 2 cups basmati rice, 2 cups chicken stock, 2 cups water, and 2 cloves garlic in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, uncovered.
Turn down the heat, and place a lid on the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.
When the rice is fully cooked, fold 1 bunch cilantro in, mix the juice and zest from1 lime in until well combined.
