These Cranberry Brie Bites are the ultimate holiday appetizer - buttery crescent dough, creamy brie, and tart cranberry sauce all baked into bite-sized perfection. They’re quick to make, look festive, and taste incredible.
Get prepped: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with cooking spray. Cut 8 ounces brie cheese into small cubes.
Cut the dough: Roll out an 8 oz crescent dough sheet on a lightly floured surface. If using crescent rolls, pinch seams together to form one sheet. Cut into 24 equal squares.
Assemble: Place one dough square into each muffin cup. Press gently to fit. Add a cube of brie to each cup, then top with about 1 teaspoon of 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
Egg wash: Brush exposed edges of dough with 1 egg (beaten) for golden color.
Bake: Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until dough is puffed and golden.
Garnish: If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
Keep crescent dough cold for easier cutting and shaping.
