Ingredients

For the dip

8 ounces cream cheese softened
8 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix

Seasoning mix (you’ll only need 2 tablespoons of this, save the rest for flavoring bagels, sprinkling on avocado toast, popcorn or baked potatoes).

2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 ½ tablespoon dried minced onion
1 ½ tablespoon dried minced garlic not garlic powder
½ tablespoons kosher salt

Instructions

Make the seasoning mix

Measure and add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Remove 2 tablespoons for your dip. Store the rest in a sealed jar or container.

Make the dip

In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream.
Using a hand mixer, blend them together until well mixed.
Fold through the seasoning.

Chill

Transfer to a serving bowl, Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour. This chilling time allows the flavors to meld together.

Serve

Give the dip a stir, and then sprinkle additional bagel seasoning on top to garnish.
Serve with pretzel crisps and bagel chips.
