A fabulous appetizer or snack, these Pulled Pork Nachos are super easy to make and a total crowd-pleaser.
Make them for a party, make them for game day, make them for dinner. Just make them!
Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut up the cilantro, red onions and shred your cheese (if using a block).
Assembly
Add a layer of chips to the prepared baking sheet, spreading to make sure the entire surface is covered.
12 ounces tortilla chips
Add 2 cups prepared pulled pork, then the ½ cup red onion. Drizzle ½ cup BBQ sauce over the top, then add 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Topping
Remove the nachos from the oven and squirt ¼ cup sour cream over the top, then ½ cup cilantro(chopped). Add some lime wedges and/or avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper if you'd like to, and serve.
