Ingredients
1/2
teaspoon
dried basil
1 1/2
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
rosemary
1
teaspoon
marjoram
1/2
teaspoon
sage
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1/2
teaspoon
fennel seeds
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
OPTIONAL
1
teaspoon
sundried tomatoes
finely diced
lemon zest
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind to break up the fennel seeds.
1/2 teaspoon dried basil,
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano,
1/2 teaspoon rosemary,
1 teaspoon marjoram,
1/2 teaspoon sage,
1 teaspoon dried thyme,
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon sundried tomatoes,
lemon zest
Store in a jar with tight fitting lid, and use as needed.
Notes
How to use Homemade Tuscan Seasoning
Use it in place of Italian seasoning, on pork, chicken or fish.
Blend with olive oil and vinegar to make a delicious vinaigrette
