In a small bowl, combine the melted 1/2 cup butter, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley and ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
Prepare the baking dish
Use some of the garlic butter to grease the baking dish. Set the remaining garlic butter aside for topping the sliders.
Prepare the buffalo chicken mixture
In a large bowl, combine the shredded 3-4 cups cooked chicken, 4 oz blue cheese, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, and 1/2 cup ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
Prepare the buns
Use a large, serrated knife to slice the 12 slider buns in half horizontally.
Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking pan, cut side up.
Assemble the sliders
Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the chicken. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
Top with garlic butter
Brush the remaining garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders. Pour any excess into the baking dish.
Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the sliders for 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve
Arrange the assembled sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.
