If you live in a house where people practice restraint, brownies will keep for about 3-4 days if kept in an airtight container.
Yes! If you must. If you bake them in a traditional pan lined with parchment, wrap them very well in more parchment, and then plastic wrap then put into a freezer bag. They will stay good for about 3 months.
To eat, just remove from the freezer and slice. Allow to thaw after that!

I already make my own Pancake Mix, Hamburger Buns, Chocolate Syrup, Teriyaki Sauce (as well as a bunch of seasoning blends) so why not DIY Brownie Mix?
Why not indeed!

I am a born and raised New Zealander (a Kiwi), now living in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m happily married to the love of my life – a hot American boy I met while traveling the world. I’m a mama to 2 awesome little boys and love red things, rugby, cheesecake, and bacon. Mmmmm. Bacon. Meet Kylee

This is a solid brownie. I loved that it wasn’t overly sweet. I used my Pampered Chef brownie pan, similar to the image provided and was only able to get 8 brownies. Delicious!
I always keep box mix in my pantry so that I can make brownies any time. You idea of making our own brownie mix is wonderful idea. I need to do it. My kids love brownies and chocolate chips cookies.
That is very clever of you to make your own brownie mix. I’ve stayed away from box mixes for a while — have you looked at the ingredients? You have to be a Chem major to figure them out. Although I do admit to the convenience of having a mix on hand. That’s why your post is so great. Make up your own mix and your ready all the time. I’m certainly saving this for future use.
These couldn’t look any more perfect! I have to put these on my baking list!
