A deliciously creamy, yet low fat whipped feta dip – this will be a hit! Make ahead, and serve with veggie dippers or chips!
The dip has all the creaminess, a tang from the feta, smoky roasted red peppers, and topped off with the addition of fresh dill.
Veggie trays with a killer dip are IN right now and for good reason! They are great to make ahead and leave in the refrigerator for when you need it.
Just a few ingredients, and a quick whiz in the food processor gets you a dreamy, creamy dip that is full of flavor!
Why this recipe works:
- A small number of ingredients
- Fast to make
- Healthy!
Kylee’s Notes & FAQs
- Use sun-dried tomatoes and basil for change!
- A little lemon juice squeezed in just before serving will brighten the flavors!
- You could use greek yogurt instead of cream cheese, but you’ll need to add more salt. The consistency will be runnier, so add more feta!
- You can make this up to 5 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Whipped Cream Cheese – I use a lower fat cream cheese, and it has no effect on the taste!
- Feta Cheese
- Roasted Red Peppers – roast your own like I do with my Red Pepper Soup, or grab a jar.
- Garlic
- Dill
- Dippers – think carrots, sugar snap peas, celery, pepper strips, broccoli, cherry tomatoes.

Happy Belated Birthday! Sending you cooling thoughts from California, where it’s surprisingly cold today. This dip looks scrumptious (confession: I needed spell check for that one!)! Cream cheese always makes a great base for a yummy dip and I’m glad you’ve found one that tacks on just a little less guilt!

This dip looks easy enough to make but has awesome tasty flavours. Happy belated birthday.

One thing I love about the summer is dips, as there are soooooo many crunchy vegetables to make dips for. I love your version.

117 degrees in Phoenix probably feel similar to 100 in McAllen, TX… We’ve got off the wall humidity here. We moved from Las Cruces, NM to McAllen last year, and the desert is calling my name! Your dip does look fantastic, I raised 4 boys, am in my fifties, and you are doing all the right things! This looks great 🙂

Welcome to the 40’s! I’ve been here for almost 2 years now, and I am enjoying it. I know what you mean about your body changing. I need to keep on track and it can be tough during the summer party season. This dip seems like a great idea to help. Thanks!

I love anything with roasted red pepper!! and the dip looks really delicious. Don’t worry about your age (its just a number) so long as you are taking care of your health thats all that matters . Cheers to your 40s being the best so far! I watched Michelle Obama say that “Don’t ever think that you have arrived, you are always growing and learning! “
