A quick, make ahead sauce, perfect for using on vegetables, protein and/or noodles. Super easy, and tastes like a professional made it!

You all know I love to make things ahead, and prepare for the week ahead, so today I’m sharing my easy Healthy Make Ahead Stir Fry Sauce with you.
Just a few ingredients, blended and cooked – and you have it ready and hanging out in the fridge ready for when you need a quick sauce.
Awesome, right?? I LOVE knowing I have this at home, means staring at my fridge wondering what to make for dinner takes a lot less time, and I can pull a meal together super fast.
This recipe makes around 2 cups of sauce, I use about a half to three-quarters of a cup per meal.
Grab your ingredients, cook it up, and in 5 minutes, you’ll have this sauce….. that you can use on pretty much anything you like! Chicken, beef, shrimp, noodles, vegetables… you choose!
Healthy Make Ahead Stir Fry Sauce
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, and cook the garlic and ginger for a minute (be careful not to burn).
- Blend the cornstarch into the chicken stock, and add it with the soy sauce, Truvia Nectar and vinegar to the saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until thick (about a minute).
- Remove from heat, and use as needed.
